Homebrew Studio - Update August 2014

Finished mixing and mastering two jazz records for the Mike Roze Project. Most of the recording was done in a live session earlier this year. The balance was from a couple of sessions I did with Mike last year. One record was mixed by Mike in a traditional jazz manner. I mastered it. The other record I mixed taking a more modern approach. I also mastered that one.

Fright Barker and Sons were also back in to do vocal and percussion overdubs. We did the basic recording for their upcoming release earlier in the summer. Then they tracked horns and did the mixing in Manhattan with Hillary Johnson. I may be mastering the record after that...
